Recruitment Manager – GS10KSB Programme
Grade 7: £39,424 – £47,779 per annum
(including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per annum)
FTC until 31/8/27, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Hybrid working – two days per week onsite (Egrove Park, Kennington)
Oxford Saïd Business School delivers globally recognised programmes with real-world impact. The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK (GS10KSB) programme is a flagship national initiative supporting the growth and resilience of small businesses across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the GS10KSB programme. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be accountable for building a strong and diverse pipeline of applicants, managing recruitment operations and delivering cohort intake targets.
You will manage the full application lifecycle, from outreach and referrals through to shortlisting and interviews, using Salesforce and Form Assembly. You will work closely with internal teams, external referral partners and the Goldman Sachs team, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience and robust recruitment data and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the GS10KSB programme
- Being accountable for meeting recruitment targets for each programme cohort
- Managing applicant data, shortlisting and interview processes in line with GDPR
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and networks
- Producing recruitment communications and promotional content across multiple channels
- Monitoring recruitment performance, trends and competitor activity
- Working closely with data, alumni and programme teams to enhance applicant and participant experience
You will bring proven experience in recruitment, business development or marketing within a customer-facing environment. You will be highly organised, relationship-focused and comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders are essential. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable.
