As Associate Director of Partnerships, you will drive the growth of a key strategic portfolio currently generating around £8 million annually. Reporting to the Director of Programmes and Partnerships, you will take full responsibility for accelerating revenue, deepening client value and shaping the future of our partnership strategy — with a goal to double Executive Education revenue in three years.

- Direct a portfolio of strategic partnerships, delivering sustainable growth of 10–20% annually.
- Build and manage high-value, long-term relationships across global markets.
- Inspire and develop a team of Senior Client Relationship Managers.
- Champion excellence in relationship management, governance and client satisfaction.
- Support cross-school growth through partnership strategy, innovation and cross-selling.
