Our Executive Education division is experiencing rapid growth, delivering a diverse portfolio of world-class programmes to global clients—both online and in person, in Oxford and at international venues.
We are seeking a highly organised and service-driven Programme Support Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the seamless planning and delivery of these exceptional learning experiences. As part of the Executive Education Operations Shared Service within the Client Engagement and Programme Delivery (CEPD) team, you will work closely with the Client and Programme Operations Manager and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide essential logistical and administrative support across the full programme lifecycle—from pre-delivery planning through to post-programme wrap-up—helping to maintain the high standards expected of Oxford Executive Education.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for operational issues during programme delivery
- Coordinate ordering and distribution of branded materials and programme merchandise
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement processes (Oracle system)
- Provide administrative support to the CEPD team
- Maintain accurate data across systems (CRM, Excel, MS Lists, Power BI)
You will bring strong administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment, combined with a service-oriented mindset and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to teamwork. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, and remain calm, organised and effective when managing multiple priorities under pressure.
