At Saïd Business School, part of the University of Oxford, we are ambitious about the future. Our Executive Education division is on a growth trajectory, with plans to double our revenue in the next three years. To support this, we are seeking dynamic, client-focused professionals to join us as Senior Client Engagement and Delivery Managers.
This is a unique opportunity to lead complex, high-impact learning projects for some of the world’s most influential organisations—delivered in Oxford, on client sites around the globe or online.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full project lifecycle for customised learning programmes.
- Be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-profile clients, building strong, enduring relationships.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams—designers, faculty, coordinators—to ensure world-class learning experiences.
- Drive excellence in execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Take responsibility for client satisfaction, programme logistics, service quality and continuous improvement.
- Line-manage a small team, fostering talent, collaboration and a culture of service excellence.
You will have significant project management experience within a high-performance, client-facing environment, demonstrating the ability to plan and deliver multiple complex projects under pressure without compromising quality. You will possess strong budget management skills, including cost planning and expenditure tracking, and be adept at offering expert advice to drive continuous improvement. Proven success in managing client relationships with global organisations, alongside experience leading teams and working within matrix structures, is essential.
