To support this vision, we are seeking a talented Client Engagement and Delivery Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless delivery of our exceptional learning programmes worldwide.
Reporting to the Senior Client Engagement and Delivery Manager, you will lead multiple client programmes concurrently, ensuring all planning, execution and delivery meet the highest standards. You will manage relationships with corporate clients, coordinate learning design and logistics, oversee budgets of up to £3m annually and ensure participants enjoy an outstanding learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of client programmes, managing all planning and delivery activities to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their objectives are met.
- Manage programme budgets (£3m+), tracking expenditure and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing clear direction, coordination and support throughout programme delivery.
- Identify opportunities for growth through cross-selling and upselling additional services.
You will have proven experience in project management within a high-performance customer service role, demonstrating the ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. You will also have experience in budget management, including building cost elements and tracking expenditures. Strong client relationship management skills for global, complex organisations are essential, alongside experience in line management, teamwork and working within matrix structures.
